What's one helpful thing your instructional coach does? For the first time, my instructional coach allowed me to set my own goals. I was finally able to work on something I wanted to work on!

What do you do with your students on the last day of school?

Do you feel supported by your administator? I usually do, but this year with the shortage of teachers/subs taking time off was really difficult. I could tell he was upset when I requested time off.

Has anyone else watched Abbott Elementary? I LOVE it. However, sometimes it hits a little too close to home. Haha!
