I work in banking, which as we know is a predominately male career. At my bank, all the MDs are male and no women in senior leadership positions. How can I get colleagues to take my ideas seriously?

What are some must reads that have changed how you think?

I’m on maternity leave, just had a baby 1 weeks ago. How do I stay relevant w/o sacrificing my leave or looking desperate? How can I stay “engaged” or should I unplug? I go back March/April.
