I am a 0+2 BA. Wondering what resources are available for black colleagues. I keep seeing MBN PD thrown around. Can someone explain how to get in touch with a MBN PD and what they can do for you?

10 Black partners out of 392. Not sure if that’s good or not because I am not certain how many Black colleagues we have - but I am happy for them. I’m sure they sacrificed quite a lot.

LoP (Letter of Proposal) work - super impactful. Proposal wins help create opportunities

Networking - be intentional & network in your practice if you’re on the expert track or in a few practice areas of interest if you’re integrative

Training - in your practice area (expert track) or practice areas of interest (integrative)

Now is the time to select your doctor, dentist, etc. & maybe get some appointments out of the way

4= Mostly Supported. I have mentors & sponsors, but I have to nudge them to advise me or to act on my behalf.
5= Completely Supported. I have active & engaged mentors & sponsors who regularly/actively check on/help me.
