If you stay ready, you don’t have to get ready
Do you have 30 minutes dedicated to updating your resume every month?
What about networking time?
30-50 minutes a week should be set aside for networking. Zoom/Teams/Google Meet all make 15/20/25 minute catch ups easy
Keeping your network fresh means that if you find yourself a need of another opportunity, it will be easier to find. (You should also do what you can to connect people in your network with others who can help them)

Career tip of the week: It may be best to make your moves in consideration of the culture & common practices in your organization. You may also want to start a private list for yourself of things that tend to agitate/annoy/frighten people in your organization & avoid doing those things. No matter what people say, “disruptors” (people & behaviors) aren’t typically desirable in an established organization & people act quickly to eliminate them consciously and unconsciously
