DeeAnna McDearmont dropped off a free class yoga pass for all staff along with a schedule. If you haven't seen the yoga studio before, it is cool. She mentioned being glad to do a class for staff sometime here or there if enough interest. We appreciate all community members contributing to our self care challenge month!

Time to declutter! Getting rid of stuff you don't need is proven to help reduce anxiety. Where do you start? Grab a box or trash sack and designate one for donation and one for trash. Do this at the beginning of the week and commit to filling both up by the end of the week. Post a before and after pick. This challenge is worth 5 points total.
