When doing positioning - how many competitors do you think one needs to review in order to find a white space? How many customers to find patterns?
What do CMOs actually care about? Meaningful work usually needs their approval yet so few of us have access to them. What keeps them up at night? How do they view agency value and the creative work?

What’s up with recruiters at strategy / branding firms pegging someone with ad agencies on their resume as too advertising focused? This has got to stop. It’s a level of snobbery that helps no one.
Everyone’s path is different and very circumstantial but how long do you think it’s appropriate for a jr strategist to get promoted if they have been performing well at their job?
