Hi all! I’m diving in with the first way I funded my classroom years ago. Join the Facebook groups for your community. Post what you need. Donations will pour in. Especially during the summer!

Our pta which we call small but mighty recently budgeted $150 per teacher We simply have to submit receipts and wait a week or so for them to issue us a check. Maybe open that discussion ??

I probably spent over $2000 this past year but started my first year as a self-contained SPED teacher in an autism program. Such different supplies needed then the general education classroom.

I’m looking for ideas for funds to start a coffee service for our MID unit. It would be a great learning experience for my students.

What are options to fund a school library environment redo. Out furniture is old and outdated. I want to create a welcoming comfortable place for Ss to create, discover, engage, collaborate and read.

I work in an underfunded town as a theater teacher. We need some upgrades to our theater space. How can I find local grants or resources without going above the heads of my principal and admin?

I’ve been wanting to set up flexible seating in my classroom but furniture is so expensive. I’ve seen people post things they’ve found at yard sales or using milk crates, but I’m not that crafty.

I'm in a rural district that is severely underfunded. It's tough to get books for my kids, so I'm looking for donations of audiobooks. Are you aware of anything that can help with this?

I hate to say it, but it’s so hard for us to get supplies for our ESOL students. Especially in today’s climate. Any advice in generating this for under-represented students specifically?

Omg yes! I was just talking to a coworker about this. The amount that we spend out of pocket is crazy - last year I spent 1500 just before the start of the year. We were stressing out so much about this. Any favorite site for basic classroom supplies, like tissue, etc.?
