Hi all, I got approached for a role in Parthenon’s Strategy group. I heard there has been a lot of restructuring recently - what would the level and comp be for someone with ~6-7 yoe with no MBA be?
leadership is cutting salaries for the next 90+ days, but not for SOC / Sales team. W/varied cuts per person, I ended up with a 35% pay cut. Am I wrong to be annoyed it isn’t a flat rate or everyone?
