I didn’t think it’s possible but the MD role is more unfulfilling after the pause in Everest. I’m definitely starting to look. The amount of disrespect towards MDs thus far has been disappointing

After split what’s the speculation on whether PPs will become MDs or still have a partner track like Goldman sacks? Heard from a PP that they expect to keep title. Doesn’t make any sense to me.
