OMG! Someone in my pod just got kicked off the project for clicking the link in the client email from Must Like Pets. Take the trainings seriously people!

Big props to Andrew for addressing the tone deafness of yesterday’s meeting. Really appreciate a leader who responds to feedback!

My family is frustrated that I am having calls on a Sunday... Im already affecting the vibe and ambiance of my home by sitting working on my computer and the least I can do is hush and let them be....

Just witnessed a mob tear apart the mall down the street from my house last night. Everyone was teargassed. Pretty hard to focus on loans right now.

Who’s ready to be extended again! Rumor has it leadership created a plan to provide us with some PTO days around July 4th instead of the full July 4th break

Yeah so the QA is broken for complex loan calculations.

What really happened with the data breach leading to these security updates specifically designed for PPP engagement team members? 😳

Does the Tuesday - Saturday group lose Memorial Day?

Can we rename this bowl Complainers United? Way too much whining all the time.

What are the chances they keep us past midnight and into Memorial Day?

Can the firm get Phil Mickelson to speak at the next leadership webcast? It'd be good for morale!

This training reminds me of our first week on the project.

Many groups already communicated the approved PTOs for the days adjacent to the Memorial Day. My group/team has not approved or denied requests before the shift ended. In the call they stated they already had the HR approval list. They informed us to check the email in few days when we ended the weekly shift. Other PODs were even able to over approve requests. It appears nontransparent, and sounds like a stick and carrot situation.

Is it just me or are the revisions/changes are higher than normal tonight?

Our reviews should be based off of firm values, not competencies.... especially when we aren’t aware of these expectations until the 3rd week in

I only see complaints from people here. Is there anyone who is enjoying working on this project?

So many “buzz” words on this leadership call. Had this been a drinking game we would all be three sheets to the wind. LOL

Since we were told to work night hours due to the system potentially crashing during the day from all of us being on, and now we are all working day hours and it seems to be going fine...I’m genuinely curious how that got worked out on the backend or if we needed to be working overnight at all in the first place

Real talk—for the B project, what work is there to do for the next 30 days? Just cycling through the same AI loans?
