Most of team seem disengaged. Partners decided on some mid year promotes without consulting the management group. Sadly a clear demonstration that their July promotion was not aligned with the team.

Do you think the new PCLDE will change time to partner or “force” people out earlier if they aren’t on the path? The total years to P in my group has varied from 12-18 in the last 5 partner classes.
