Job postings are asking for multiple skillsets that were never expected to be had by 1 person. If your hire as CD eliminates the need to hire an additional CW and AD, how do you get paid accordingly?

I’m concerned this is just going to reduce employee salary negotiation leverage and allow companies to pay everyone the same low amount. It sounds like the limitations of a union without the benefits.

There is strength in creative teams negotiating pay as a team, especially with regard to pay equity and male/female teams. Package yourself and your partner as equals and stick with it.
