Good Q. For our 1-3 year people, it’s a 1 hour 2 staff interview. Everything above that is about 2/2.5 hours with 4-6 practice leads/senior staffers and our GM.
How long should an interview be for someone with 0-1yrs of experience; 1-3 yrs of exp.; 3-5 yrs of exp and 6+ yrs. ?
Considering changing firms and looking for an internal HR position. How are your firms HR departments structured? Does your firm use automation to the extent you'd recommend to clients? What technologies do they use(workday, oracle cloud, success factors)? Do you feel like it's easy to get access to people related data and other HR related info?
