Anybody have strategic tips for combating bullying for productive conflict resolution fir high school kids?

I am really worried and nervous about our future. The past four years have been so difficult in the classroom due to so many things regarding our jobs. Then, we have this awful political climate...

There is a conference in Charleston during the summer that is free regarding SJE. Seems awesome!!!
