What’s your experience been like with personal trainers? Kind of no idea what I’m doing at the gym (outside of cardio) and want to push myself further to see results but $80 an hour feels like A LOT

At a training where all food is provided. I came as prepared as I could (tuna packets, almonds, raw veggies, protein powder etc) but generally the food options are awful. Not a steamed veggie in sight
