Has anyone here ever tried Phit N Phat weight loss program with Corinne Crabtree? The name is cringe worthy but I love her podcast and considering signing up for her paid membership.
Can someone please share the link to this thread? I had subscribed to the thread earlier, but getting an error message when trying to access it now.
What keeps you motivated to workout/exercise after a long day? Especially knowing you’ll probably have to sign on and do more work later in the evening?
Adequate sleep or daily exercise. Which is more important? I am struggling to find a balance with 12+ hour work days :(
So if a person has more flexibility than me, does it mean he/she can usually do more pull ups than me?
Just signed up for a half end of March. Have not been running for several months....terribly out of shape and mild plantar fasciitis. Any good recs for running shoes?
Is an elliptical good for home exercise? I need something low impact on the knees and something I can be motivated to do regularly. I'm a runner and still plan to workout at the gym or run outside.
Anyone have any good recs for sneaks that are good for running in winter conditions. Along that same vein, do y’all run with a head light?
Repeat with me “Fitness is a marathon, not a sprint. Like marriage, you need to work on it everyday. If you cheat on either, the results are not good for you” Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.
I’ve gained 5 loss since starting consulting ~5 months ago - how can I reverse this while traveling? Feels so difficult to keep myself from gaining weight
Anyone on gympass? How’s the value proposition at the high end? Considering grabbing it, but there isn’t really anything at the low end in my home city (continued)
How do you guys deal with gym/running clothes while traveling? Do you take one per day? Do you wash them? Yourself or in hotel Laundry? Or, yuck, use multiple times?
Best app / site for hotel gym workouts? I love fitness blender but ideally something I don’t need sound for and that I can use in a typical hotel gym on my phone.
What’s your experience been like with personal trainers? Kind of no idea what I’m doing at the gym (outside of cardio) and want to push myself further to see results but $80 an hour feels like A LOT
At a training where all food is provided. I came as prepared as I could (tuna packets, almonds, raw veggies, protein powder etc) but generally the food options are awful. Not a steamed veggie in sight
