Fiserv - 16.50 LPA (But now ready to match principal pckg)
NeilsenIQ - 20 LPA (18LPA fixed)
Principal global services - 20 LPA (18.18 LPA fixed)
Citicorp solutions - in process

Which company is good in terms WLB and job security. I'm confused between citi and principal. Since package wise, all offers are at the same level.

Also, according to my experience, can I expect only upto 20 LPA?

If you book a round trip flight, departing on December 27th, 2022 and returning in January 2023, do you get the MQDs and MQMs for the year that you flew (split up) or is it the year that the itinerary completed (2023)?

I was almost certain it was the former but the Delta representative I spoke to told me it was the latter. When searching on Google, I’m finding older articles that tell me it was the former as well.

Currently I'am working with KPMG Global services and in my probation period, It's been only 43 Days in the company and i realized in the name of management consulting they hired me for support role to the onshore folks.
After trying my best to fit in the role and failing i decided to resign from the role.
I don't want to serve the Notice Period as I don't want to use this experience in near future.
I' also have a bond of 2.5 lakhs/2years, What to do??

ANA marketed and operated by ANA and then UNITED. If i apply pluspoints for ANA operated and get upgraded, will I still get the PQPs or will ANA classify a diff class after upgrade and ineligible for PQP.

ELI5: How do you get a seat upgrade with United Silver? I don't know why I cannot parse this out ... their website has priority/business upgrade by status tier, CC use, points, company affiliation, then there are pre-flight time spans in which you can request an upgrade, and other auto upgrades?
