Folks in KPMG Global Services, wanted to check, what would be the salary of an Associate Director.

I cleared all the rounds for HTC global services and HR confirmed I am selected. But they have not released the offer letter yet saying client approval is pending and they are chasing daily. Client are Australians and it's been 2 weeks since HR confirmed my selection. What could be the case? Any one facing similar scenario?

I have delta status and booked an international flight with skymiles. Is it possible to get upgraded to first class on this ticket or only comfortplus ?

Does Amex plat $200 misc airline credit hit seat upgrades? Booked international delta flight on skymiles, upgraded one leg to comfort for $90.

Had HR discussion with KPMG global services last week. She negotiated and told me the package they can offer. I accepted and said okay. She said that I will be getting offer letter by Monday. When I mailed her regarding offer letter today. She simply said sorry I am not getting approval for your offer. And she said she can provide 50k less than previous CTC. Do I have to trust her and wait for offer letter or move with other offers.

United Status Pros, question for you. I’m newish to United being my primary carrier (previously it was southwest and Alaska airlines). My team travels every few months across country and I’ve hit my PQF easily but seem to really struggle to make any headway in my PQP, I think they’re calculating at the mileage divided by 5. Any tips to maximize those points?

I have offers from 5 organisations and I am not able to make a decision on which Organization to join.

1. TrueBlue Fixed CTC 25 LPA and JB 1 Lakh.
2. Deloitte USI Fixed CTC 27.5 LPA and JB 2 Lakhs.
3. PwC AC Bangalore Fixed CTC 28.3 LPA and no JB
4. Huron Fixed CTC 30 LPA, Variable 6 Lakhs and JB 1 Lakh
5. Oracle Fixed CTC 25 LPA, Variable 3.5 Lakhs and JB 2 Lakhs.

YOE - 9
CCTC - 16 LPA including variable.
Tech - Oracle Cloud

Mostly stuck between Deloitte USI, PWC AC and Huron.
