I recently joined KPMG Global Services, Bangalore. In the Offer letter It was mentioned that I will be part of the TE-DL-DataPlatforms team. Any idea on how the team is and how the WLB and projects will be?

It has been a month since I have joined KPMG global services. But till now I am not assigned to any project. I have also attended a client interview but i didn't got selected for the project.
So as a new joiner i need suggestions and advices. Is it going affect my position?

I am currently working in Infosys, Hyderabad. I had two offers from PWC Hyderabad and KPMG Global Services Bangalore.

PWC Hyderabad - 10.8 L Fixed + 2 L Joining Bonus

KPMG Global Services Bangalore- 12.5 L Fixed + 1L Bonus

Role offered in both companies is Associate consultant as an INFORMATICA DEVELOPER

What will be the better option in these two companies?

How will be the yearly hikes and performance pays in both PWC and KPMG?

I have received an offer from KPMG Global Services, HR said there will be 10-20% yearly bonus apart from fixed CTC. But % numbers are not mentioned in the offer letter, Just they mentioned it as " You will be eligible for Performance bonus as per the company policy".

When I checked with HR for bonus % is not mentioned in the offer letter, she said... its not mentioned for everyone. 10-20% is common across all employees.

Is this okay ? OR anyone have their bonus % in the offer
