How does delta upgrades and waitlist work? Do all medallions check in 24 hours prior to boarding? What determines who gets what?

I’m located in the southwest, and I’m looking to enter something centered around US-Latin American trade/development. I am looking for an internship. I have applied at the world bank, haapag lloyd, international trade administration, and the US-Mexico Chamber of Commerce. Any ideas or tips?

Any Delta Airline status challenges for 2018?

Anyone travelled from india to US in British airways with covid positive result and doctor letter of recovering from covid? Their website shows, passengers can travel like that but wanted to be sure.

I booked basic economy even though I’m platinum on delta using rewards since it was crazy cheap. Does upgrading to regular economy cost a lot? Will there be a cheapest time to move up?

Chase Sapphire Reserve is not able to book a ticket for me on Air India because the flight is not showing up on their system. The flights shows up everywhere else including on Expedia, which powers Chase’s portal. Anyone had similar experience?

Thoughts on the proposed JetBlue -Spirit Merger?

I used to be a big fan of Jetblue(nyc based), but lately I feel like the airline is just as bad as the low cost ones. Old aircrafts, canceled and delayed flights. I can see why it’s important for JetBlue to have this merger for their relevance in this field.

We flew back from Ireland today on Delta. Our connecting flight from JFK at 6:10 was cancelled while we were flying over the Atlantic Ocean, and we were rebooked on a 3:40 instead (2.5 hours earlier) but not notified. I received no email, text or app notification of the flight cancellation or the new flight we were placed on, so we missed it. Lyft driver delayed picking me up 30 min, resulting in me canceling my ride and asking hotel to call me a “yellow taxi” to get to the airport because it was 5am and all ubers/lyfts were 15 min. Specifically said yellow. Hotel calls me a private lux SUV and the driver got out of the car to handshake the man who called and said hi (honestly money couldve been passed). I then get hit with a $180 ride. Marriott website says taxi should be $65. Should I complain or let it go?

I've got an offer from Oracle Financial Services Software (OFSS). They are offering 20 LPA fixed.
Currently CTC = 14 LPA (Fixed + Variable)

Should I make the move or wait for a year to bag a better offer (maybe 25+)?

I was wondering if the review course “CPE Self Study Course” for the CFF was enough preparation to study and pass the CFF exam. The CFE review course was enough and like if you get a question wrong it explains it well so that when it comes up in a different way in the real exam you can still get it. But when I saw the outline for the CFF material and there seems to be a lot of topics so I was wondering if the review course was sufficient considering this exam is also multiple choice. Thanks!
