This is my first post with total confusion to decide and I kindly request you to provide your valuable suggestion for career growth and change in tech in future.
I am working as a mainframe developer for 3 yrs in TCS and I have got below offers.
BMC - 11.5 + 15% var
CTS , Wipro - 8 + 0.4 var
Infosys- 7 + 0.8 var
Mindtree - 9 fix
HCL - 8.3 + 1 var
TCS also ready to provide me DCA salary of 7.72 LPA and my Manger promises that she will try to get ITA and nearshore within 1 year.

Man oh man did I get lucky with timing. I was previously using Robinhood to DCA into BTC. I sold all of my BTC in RH this Monday and transferred the funds to Coinbase Pro. Now I’m buying back into BTC.

What % of your total liquid portfolio is crypto? In my mid-twenties, just started recently in the crypto game, been deploying a lot over the past month (since I have so much cash just sitting in the bank earning no interest) but should probably aim to go a bit slower...? Just want to have some targets so I can DCA towards them.

Do you all recommend investing daily for having a good DCA ?

I’ve lightly dabbled in crypto but want to increase my exposure to crypto and am thinking of allocating ~50% of my monthly savings to crypto in a DCA weekly manner (of which, 50% to larger cap coins like BTC and ETH, remaining to smaller alt coins and some USDT for staking)

Are REIT stocks good to hold for long term dividend benefits (10% of current holdings)? (CONE MNR DLR etc.) 25 y/o want to be more aggressive. Thinking of reducing reit and increasing ETH DCA instead while also picking out some alt coins to mess around with.

Crypto newbie here!! Got an account at coinbase a few days back and want to start dca in btc and eth. Planning on investing a few hundred dollars a month. Think of doing 50/50 split between both. How does this sound.. good/bad/other recommendations. Never bought crypto before, mostly invested in stocks and re.

Complete beginner here. I'm looking to DCA into some crypto but not sure where to start. I heard coinbase is user friendly and a good starting point. But also that coinbase pro has lower fees? But then also to move the coins to platforms like blockfi for the interest?

Any suggestions on first steps or resources to learn more? Not sure if it's a good time to get in or if I should wait for a dip.

So I’ll be receiving a ~120k USD lump sum next spring. If you were in my shoes, would you:

A) Purchase a ~350K home (in Orlando) with 20% down. Remaining 50k in stock market
B) Just DCA it all into market

Further context: Will likely be at grad school for 1.5-2 years following that. Will have an income from scholarship stipend but it'll only cover expenses. Also unsure how that'd work with mortage application if I don't have an ability to provide proof of income.

25 and Married and currently am saving for a home. Already have ~20K in my personal 401k. Currently contributing 6% because that’s my employer match level. I want to live off my salary and save my wife’s. I think if I stop contributing we can make it work and have my wife go direct deposit to a HYSA. Monthly 401k contr. is ~$400. In addition to her paycheck to saving I want to put $1K in crypto market (DCA $ETH). Is this a solid plan? Want cash for a down payment.

I have $200k for a down payment. But realizing that I don’t want to own a house. I can barely maintain myself much less a building. But i am anxious about dumping it all into the market right now when everything is inflated. What's your approach to investing bonus cash - time in market or DCA it? I normally DCA but wonder if it's better to put it in early if it's a bigger sum of cash sitting around (40k) which could take me a few months to slowly invest

Does anyone clearly know the TCS retention policy, I hear a lot of different comments.
Can Anyone who got it or HR , Manager who are giving them help out which of the below is true
1) They retain by giving a dca elevate incentive.Which goes off when you get C
2) They give a retension bonus component which goes of if you get a C
3) They restructure your salary ctc and it doesn't get affected by your Band.

Should I pay down my rental property mortgage early? The interest rate is 4.875% (don't tell me to refi, this is the best I can get). I have 17 years left, I am planning to FIRE in 9 years and live in this property (it's a duplex). I have $50k cash right now that I am DCA into the market. Should I just pay an extra $500/ month so balance paid off in 9 years or should I put $50k against mortgage right now? I am a high earner and use the interest deduction etc. To show a paper loss.

How is Frontier to fly? I generally stick with American or United, but some friends I’m planning a ski trip with are lobbying for Frontier because it has nonstop from DCA to DEN (admittedly more convenient than IAD for anyone that lives inside the beltway in DC area, but there are many more United nonstop options out of IAD in case there’s a delay or cancellation). Thoughts?

Due to politics in team against me, I was given C band for my performance and now I am ineligible for DCA 202. Any suggestions on how to increase salary within tcs or I will have to wait for next cycle?

Im not putting anything down as I’d like to invest in the market instead. I got $7.5k from my trade that I want to invest.

1. Am I making a mistake not putting something down?

I joined tcs as a fresher,with good knowledge in python and web frameworks. But HR forced me into a support project with little to no learning opportunity.
I recently cleared DCA , i was hoping to get a good project, but with the new band rule. I dont know whether i should ask for release now or wait till march/april till i get a band. Please advice me on this. The project is a lot of repetitive work, which i dont find any interest in. Shall i wait for the band or try to get a release now?
