Hi everyone,
Received an offer to join UBS in London. HR mentioned they offer a 16% "ValueFlex" package on top of base salary. Apparently if you don't use it to buy optional benefits (i.e. insurance etc), you can get it as cash in your monthly payslip.
Anyone at UBS who can confirm? Having a lot of trouble to get in touch with them..

If I start searching for new job, will that HR ask about recent offer letter? Or only salary slips are enough?
