I have been offered a Analyst 3 level role at Houlihan Lokey in the corporate valuation advisory services team (complex security valuation). They have offered me 145k (85k base+ 20k sign on bonus+40k bonus in the first year). I have 2 years of work experience on derivatives desk in a boutique.
Should I negotiate for a better base salary ?

Can anyone working at UBS tell me their military time off benefits? Do they offer paid days for military leave throughout the year (and if so how many)? Do they offer deferential pay for extended absences such as deployments? Working with some recruiters right now, but I can’t get a clear answer.
