Are there any specific resources (books, articles, individuals, courses) for someone who wants to focus on being a Group Product Manager?

Are there any go-to books for product marketing (B2B or B2C) folks recommend? I’ve got tons of resources on general product / being a product manager, but seems to be limited info on PMM or product marketing in general. TIA!

Any good recommended books on how to build a scalable product and team? I'm looking for recommendations for two areas: 1) in general laying the groundwork in a startup to have the tools and especially processes in place to scale, and 2) tactical focus on building a SaaS project. I've been promoted into a management role from Dev roots, so need to learn more PM processes to be an effective manager in day job, plus would like to start building my own SaaS solution.

I have done analytics and operations consulting for 9 years and I don’t like anymore. If there is even a remote chance of getting hired for product management role, I would like to take it. I am reading the books on PM and polishing my resume, are there any other things that I should keep in mind?

I recently left public accounting to join a start up. Friday thoughts on Strengths vs weaknesses: I have been told that I am solid in quant, but need development on the creative side of things - brainstorming, strategic frameworks, maybe even writing.

If this situation can be improved, what should I do? books or videos or exercises? This doesn't seem easy to tackle at all...

If this just reflects how I am like, does it mean I'm not fit for consulting in the longer haul (looking at SC, PM max)? Or perhaps I should focus on DD type of consulting?

Hey peeps! In your opinion what is the one book that every PM must have in his collection that will help with their career progress into being an expert?

I’m looking to hire a former Ed Jones/Ameriprise FA in the DFW metroplex that wants to grow their business, learn holistic planning without the unrealistic sales quotas with opportunity for equity ownership of their book. Base Salary, (DOE) health insurance and benefits available. PM if interested.

I've become really jaded about consulting. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented. I'm looking to make a career switch so I can both create and execute on my strategies. A product management path seems very promising for this.

Are any FAANG companies keen on PMs with a consulting background? Are there any courses or books that could help me make the switch? I've been seeinga lot of ads Product School for instance. Is that a better value substitute for business school?

I'm looking to pivot from consulting into tech. I've gotten lots of interesting from tech companies on the ops side but am much more interested in product management.

My current role is a Business Analyst. I am very comfortable interacting with people and also Ambiguity. Recently, I developed quite a lot of interest in Product management and I want to make a transition into this stream. I am completely aware that Business Analysis is different from Product Management. I started taking courses on Udemy to understand more about Product Management and also started reading books.
