I recently my Scrum Master Cert., my employer is now offering financial assistance for another certificate. Any suggestions? My end goal is to get my PMP I just don’t have enough project hours at the moment to qualify for it

Position: Manager of Operational Improvement, 50% travel with a national scope across 70 locations, no direct reports for now. Responsible for project analytics, planning, implementation in a publicly traded company

Background: Soon to have my MBA, Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP, and 4 years of process improvement experience

I currently make 90k+8% bonus. This is a much larger geographic scope than I’m used to, and impacting all skill teams. Not sure where to start negotiations

Have 6 Years of entrepreneur time with my small startup as a Founder.

PMP certificate. Wonder how could I get a job in this chaos market, since I have the knowledge, leadership experience as a Founder and Business Management (B.S degree).

Also, the H1B would come into play, since I do not own one.
P.s: Have Japanese Passport if it helps somehow for the paperwork.

I’m currently working at a tiny firm (15 people) specializing in multi-family residential development on the west coast. If I wanted to move into a Big 4, which one would my background best fit with? Education wise, I hold an MBA from T30 and an PMP. Looking to move out of this firm in about 2 years but want to advocate for responsibilities that can help me transition into a Big 4 in the meantime.

Which training center is best for doing training in PMP. There are a lot of centers outside claiming them as best. I am having 10 years of exp in software development and wanta to upskill in project management. Also shall I go witH CAMP or PMP ?

I passed my PMP thanks to this sub group.
I have passed Above Target in the People section, and T in the other sections.
It was 95% situational questions.
Thave used AR's mock exams, and used my wrong answers to figure out my weakness and where I truly stand. I didn't purchase AR's course, just the mock exam simulator.
The 200 agile questions by David McLachlan were amazing, it really helped me in adapting to an agile mindset. TIA simulator n Joseph Phillip is useful.

Attn CONSULTANTS. I know you're in here. I need your input.
I consider my title and role to align to consulting, I just happen to do it in-house for one particular industry/company. I'm a process improvement and project management professional with a decade+ of experience. I can make a mean PowerPoint and analyze big data. But I'm NOT making the kind of money I hear coming out of the consulting firms. Does my work history transfer as competitive in your companies and are you hiring?

PMP Cert question, if anyone has insight: For first time PMP certification, do you have to do a certification boot camp or similar style course? Or, if my employer offers Skillsoft modules that say they count as PMI PDUs, can I just take 35 hours of those courses and submit that on my application?

I am working as a technical lead since last 3yrs and got promoted to Sr. Technical Lead in Jan 2022. Currently working in an IT startup in insurance domain. I want to switch to technical project manager role but wherever i see an opening, they need experience as a project manager and pmp and all.
My current company can promote but wont pay much. The calls that i am getting from naukri are also for lead position. No luck from linkedin as well. How can i transit into tpm role.
