What is the process for getting a green card, if a US citizen marries someone already in the US on a student visa? Any tips

Anybody knows average processing time for Visitor visa these days for someone with no travel history? I applied for my parents but it has been 10weeks with no decision yet.

Question on UK visa-
My partner will be traveling often to London, once a month for an year starting September. He is getting his visa through work (10 years, multiple entry, 6 months max stay, cost some $1000).

I have applied for standard tourist visa in the past and they are usually short term. It could be max 6 months, but they see your itinerary and allocate you few months around the itinerary

Is there a way to get 6 months multiple entry visa, if I were to join him once in a while.

Is the chase freedom flex a better deal now than CSR? Worth downgrading? I already redeemed all my points through pay yourself back

Does CSR earn 3x points at bars on drinks?

I join tcs by changing my profile and my previous exp was in 5 yr pre-sales.
I am giving my best in work but still escalations are raised against me by client.
My husband is also in tcs he is moving to onsite in Jan and my travel is also planned mid next year.
I am giving 12hour daily in my job to adjust in new profile. And affecting my health now.
Shall I quit the job and move with my husband with on dependant visa? Or i shall continue to get pressurized and wait for my onsite?

I moved to the Netherlands 3 months ago on a spouse visa. Was working with EY-P earlier. I have been applying to jobs and giving interviews but for some reason things are not working out. I get a different reason everytime (after going through the whole process). This has never happened earlier in life and now I don't know what else to do. My American citizen 8 month old is on tourist visa in India; current stay runs out on June 7. Flying outside the country is a risk we don’t want to take w/COVID. Don’t want to overstay the visa either. So we applied online on eFRRO to convert his visa to X-1 so we can apply for his OCI. They didn’t ask for payment and message popped up saying watch your text/email for next steps. Anything else I can do?

I’m a second year in general litigation. I’ve been drafting briefs, memos, letters, motions, etc. but I’m getting the documents back with a lot of redline. From what I see, majority of my research, thoughts, and substance is there but it doesn’t feel good seeing all those redlines. Is it normal to see all those redlines or am I doing something wrong?
