I graduated 2 months ago with a BA in Digital Communications with a minor in technical writing, and have been successfully employed for 3 years already doing CSR/Inside sales/ product marketing for different startups.

However, I’m extremely sad. I had to scrape and work 2 jobs to pay for college and my degree so chose something “easy” that way I wouldn’t be overwhelmed. Now looking back I wish I did Biology or Chemistry or Medical. Any way to get into a masters in science with this path?

Hello, I am seeking new entry level work as Helpdesk Analyst or Technical CSR staff (onsite or remote ) based in London. Computer Science graduate who got laid off from a small size company warehouse role recently before Christmas’s “quite” season. Have overall past work experiences (1 year) in ICT sector work with public services nature as well as customer services operations but most “entry level” work still want 2/3 years work experiences or last 2 years of job references.

Should I take the position for the experience so I can get a better position in a new company starting out or should I stay where I’m at.

I have chase sapphire card($95) fee per year , I am using this card from last two years , got initial 100k points when I applied and used those points after that I accumulated 6000 points from last two years , is the good to keep this card (I am thinking that, I am not using much) or downgrade(looking for recommendations the downgrade card with no fee) , I have slate and freedom unlimited…

Thoughts on the new chase sapphire reserve lounge being open to everyone with priority pass and not just reserve cardholders? My logic around that is that they are trying to open the lounges up to as many people as possible while initially in the pilot/opening phase before restricting them to only reserve card holders in an attempt to try to convert some people over by showcasing how nice they are.

Super niche question here: I just graduated but have 3 YOE in tech as a CSR and product marketing manager, now training manager, but am looking at a complete pivot.

Why do people love CSR? Isn’t it max 1.5% cash back (on travel)? Why wouldn’t you just use a 2% cash back card for everyday spending?

I understand the benefits of having the card (lounge, etc.), but why use it for your everyday spending?

I had the Amex blue preferred for 6% on groceries and 4% on gas, and the Cap One Savor for 4% on dining. (Combined spend between $1-1.5k monthly) Now I just got CSR. Is it worth paying for three rewards cards or would you consolidate? My hotel and air spend are pretty small in post pandemic life.

I have 3 paid cards - venture x ($495 fee), chase sapphire preferred ($95 fee), and delta amex gold (~$250 fee). As renewal season comes up, I’m thinking of dropping the Amex and chase as they’ve only been open for a year and I get most of my benefits from the venture x. If I open a card with no fees at Amex and at chase, will I keep my credit card points? Or is there a better way to avoid the fees and keep the points for the year?

Has anyone used the Chase Sapphire Reserve trip delay benefit? When I check the benefit claim process, it says I’ll need a “statement from the common carrier explaining reason for delay.” How easy/hard is that to get? Airline is Lufthansa.

Currently stuck in Germany overnight after missing a connecting flight home due to a flight delay. They gave us the hotel and dinner vouchers but I don’t have my toothbrush or even a sweater (it’s freezing cold here).
