After a few days, I was told that they needed another day because the other candidate couldn’t interview with the department lead. I’m really worried now. How should I take this?
Had a final round of interview on Monday. Just have one more conversation left with CEO but haven’t heard back yet. Does this mean they’re ghosting new and not giving me the bad news? They told me they’ll reach out by end of the week and today is technically the last day of the week.
