What shall I do: the senior consultant I am working with is extremely condescending and borderline rude in the way he communicates with me (granted he is very qualified, but still rude e.g. he laughed at my input in a KOL interview...during the interview). It has been ongoing for ~3 weeks now and is seriously affecting my motivation on this engagements and hence, the quality of my output. Any tips on how to handle/proceed with this?

So I’m a second year consultant. Like most, I was disappointed with compensation this year and am pretty bearish on my future earning potential here. I’m currently interviewing with a big tech company (not FAANG but close) for a position with substantially higher pay as a business analyst. I really wanted to stay til SC/M but the money is too good to pass up. I guess my question is: are there any major downsides to exiting to industry “too early?” Has anyone done it and regretted it?

I interviewed with Deloitte for a SC role back in April and received a verbal offer since there was a hiring freeze. Every time I've reached out, HR is quick to respond that they're committed to making me an actual offer once hiring within that team opens back up. However, I just received an offer from a smaller firm I've been interviewing with. I would much rather work at Deloitte but would it be silly to wait around with nothing but a verbal offer in my pocket? Currently employed.

How many rounds of interviews does Guidehouse have? I had a phone screen with recruiter, chat with a director, chat/interview with 2 other manager/directors, now I’m scheduled to talk/video interview with 3 other people from SC - M? These people all sit within the same group I believe? I’m interviewing for SC not Director

For those who interview what do y’all look for in your interviewees? I feel like when I ever interview for a technical role they’re looking for skills and experience first. But when I interview for a S&O/ functional role they’re looking for more fit, personality, and culture? Though i’m just at the SC level I’m probably wrong.

Are there any lays offs on at Deloitte cloud practice group ? How easy or difficult to get in as senior consultant ? How is the career growth ? I have been developer with limited cloud experience but have .net experience and overall 5+ yoe at another big 4 also cloud certifications under belt. Any idea about compensation range ? Any issues applying on H1B with i140 approved. Job posting says “limited sponsorship available”, what does that mean ? Appreciated very much.

Any insight on the types of questions they’d ask? Is it all behavioral? Interview difficulty level? Also, I had asked for $100-105k as the range for salary, anyone know if it’s on par with what they pay? Have 4 YOE.

Is it weird that deloitte use consultant to interview for a senior consultant role? The interviewer didn't have any industry experience other than the 1 product he has worked with.
