Any tips on the process / how to best articulate why I want to make the switch without bashing current employer?

Total business experience is about 5 years (2 years public in audit and 3 years data analysis in industry). I also have 5 years of healthcare experience (nurse equivalent), this experience is very specialized and is directly related to the company's business.
