My current firm didn’t require a case interview. Would like to leave soon, but want to have my ducks in a row. How can I best prepare for Big 4 and MBB interviews? How did you all do it?

Any data engineers from meta , get 3 SQL and 2 python in their phone screen interview. The questions were pretty simple , I just ran out of time on the last ones , but explained my process.
I'm trying to see if I still have a chance for on-site.

Looking at a Facebook people strategy role and wondering if I’d have a higher chance at getting a first round interview if I was referred by a FB recruiter in a different department? I have another friend who is a FB benefits manager but he says 9/10 referrals of his don’t get one. Thoughts?

I am at the final stages of a job interview at H&R block for a Senior Software Engineer role and final HR discussion is planned for this week. My current CTC is 11 LPA. Exp : 4 years Tech stack : Power BI, SQL, SSRS,SSIS,ADF,Tableau. How much can I state as my expectation?? I was planning to ask for 16 LPA fixed. I’m a consultant with 3.5 years of experience at a fintech firm working in a professional services role. Looking to jump ship and pivot into a blockchain focused role/company ASAP however I haven’t got any blockchain experience unfortunately (started a course on coursera to become more familiar with it). Any suggestions on how to become yourself more marketable to a blockchain focused company when you don’t have blockchain experience? Or how to go about applying for such roles?
