Looking at a Facebook people strategy role and wondering if I’d have a higher chance at getting a first round interview if I was referred by a FB recruiter in a different department? I have another friend who is a FB benefits manager but he says 9/10 referrals of his don’t get one. Thoughts?

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. Should I have waited until one of the last slots so I was fresher on their mind when choosing a candidate? I am just sitting here stressing out until I here something. I wanted to leverage the hive mind in finding out how best to negotiate a verbal offer for a 100%-remote Product Manager role in NYC, with a IT infrastructure/digital services firm (MNC but non-American):

Base salary: 120k

Sign-on bonus:10k

Bonus: 15%

No stock options

How competitive is this, and what should I negotiate for please? The written offer comes after verbal agreement.
