Who’s hiring Sr ADs + designers?

I just had an intro interview through a video hiring platform (so didn’t get to speak to a recruiter or any real person) and I feel like I didn’t do great at all. It felt awkward, I stuttered and they will obviously tell I was nervous. However, I know I’m a great fit for this job! 😭

There is no recruiter listed on the job description so I can’t reach out to anyone on LinkedIn without guessing they’re the recruiter for this job. Any advice on what I can do?

Just had an informational interview with Tik Tok for a strategist position. The interviewer could barely speak any English and it felt like he was reading a script and just regurgitating the job description. I felt like I was just talked at, wasn’t asked any questions and when I asked questions their responses were vague and unclear. Has anyone else had a similar experience with them??

Why would the staffing agency (who got me my current job) be reaching out to me after a year? A little back story, I got my foot in the door at my company through a staffing agency. It was a freelance to permanent role. If they ended up liking me, I would become a perm employee. They liked me after ONLY a month and I was permanently hired. But now, almost 1 year later, the staffing agency is asking if we’re hiring and if I can give them the name of my manager for my file? Is that sketchy?

Well, probably I would need to think of a better name, but you get it.

I interviewed for an in-house role a couple of months ago, convos went really well (or so I thought) and they seemed to be impressed with my copy test. A month ago their recruiter told me they’re still figuring out next steps. I basically gave up on it, but wondering if it would be worth emailing the hiring manager again. I‘m currently working as a Digital Marketing Manager, but I have taken on the management of the marketing team, and will be formally promoted i about 1,5 month.
I get to choose my new title. But what should I choose?
I‘m thinking either Head of Marketing or Marketing Director. What is best? Is there a better title I‘m missing?
The person who had the role before me, had the title Head of Marketing.
Note: I cannot choose a VP title or a C-Level titel. That the only limit my boss have given me.

I’ve been agency side as a Paid Media buyer/planner for about 4 years. I’m currently at a big network agency, a role I was expected to promoted in but a big freeze on promotions and pay-rises has been announced. An in-house opportunity at an interesting business has come up for more money, possibly better balance. Am I missing out on development by going in-house? Would love to know anyones thoughts in the current environment of taking what I feel is a big risk. Salary about 60% higher.

Are “Senior Producer” and “Supervising Producer” interchangeable? I just signed an offer letter at for the position of “Senior Producer”. But now after signing, HR has informed me the title was incorrect. And the offer letter and was meant to say “Supervising Producer” as the title. I went through rounds of interviews and “Senior producer” was discussed. Emails with subject headings “Sr producer” original job description “Senior Producer” even had a pre hire assignment titled “Sr. Producer”
