Would you choose to stay as a senior manger in consulting with your firm or get a director role in industry if you had the choice and all of else was equal?

How would you assess Freshbooks as an employer? I am interviewing for a director position in products, as a consulting exit. Any experiences would be great to hear.

Hi all! I am interested in an ''engagement manager'' (Google Cloud) at Google Canada. Would you describe the role as a pre-sale one, or something else? Any opportunity to have an impact on Google or Clients' projects? Do you think this role offer good room for growth (I am usually looking at Director roles but would consider Manager because it's Google), and finally any idea the TC (I have about 10 YOE). Hey Strategy& folks,
Initially was referred for Strategy& manager and just got off the phone with the recruiter. Recruiter forwarded my S& contact to have me apply for PWC manager role when I clearly stated i was only interested in S& based on my current compensation and background.
Dont know if it is just a generic PWC manager role I was asked to apply or should i be concerned?
Background: 8 years post MBA. Currently director at CVS health. Previous experience at UHG and 2 years at Accenture.

Talking with an AI startup for an exit to a tech director level role - anyone have recommendations on how to assess comp/equity/risk etc for a startup? Haven’t worked in the startup space before so I don’t know a ton about evaluating….

Would you rather work for a family business in an exec role but it’s a small business with limited growth potential. Or a high growth startup in a director/vp role

I’m currently a PM with an MIS degree here in Toronto and PMP (along with other certs), and my background has become very generalized as I’ve worked on different areas of IT such as ERPs (Yardi, Workday), data automation, business analysis, IT service delivery, governance. I had originally targeted a role as a BA and try to get into consulting. Right now I’m not sure where I would fall. I have been told I could fit as a Cloud Delivery lead by another director at ACN. Any suggestions?

Advice regarding following up multiple times with lead partner about a position in his practice group? I have been in contact with the firms recruiting director as well as 4 of the firms partners. The lead partner and I were supposed to connect a few weeks back but we were never able to. My issue is that I've already essentially followed up twice. Am I overthinking it now that a few weeks have passed or
should I contact recruiting or another partner to help facilitate things?

What is difference between Assistant Director and Associate Manager role ?
My JD and experience matches with Assistant Director but on the offer letter designation is Associate Manager.

Hello! I'm currently a product designer at a startup and we're currently hiring for a Lead Product Designer. I've been helping my director write up an interview format and was wondering if there was anything different about lead designer interviews? When I was going through the interview process at my company I had the following steps: phone screen, hiring manager screen, onsite (portfolio review, design collab, stakeholder collab, eng collab). Trying to evaluate offers and finalize from Publicis (Strategy consulting), EY (Senior Director, Digital Transformation) and Associate Partner (Gartner Consulting)

Got a call today from Accenture about an SAP Associate Director position. Casual conversation, but numbers were thrown out 220-240 plus bonus. I've got a recruiter pitch, but what does that job really look like. Are those numbers in line with what is there - any additional wiggle room I might push for?

What percent salary increase would you need to take a lower title?
Expecting an offer from a smaller firm and they indicated they would offer in a range for the role I interviewed for but they’d want me to take a lower title (my title on here is out of date and firm titles are wonky but think Director to Sr Mgr).
