Trying to identify the hiring manager for a Netflix role in Los Angeles, but LinkedIn hasn't been too transparent. Suggestions?

Would I have luck reaching out to the director, or do I need to try the research managers?

I’m in a niche area of consulting - economic development strategy (includes workforce development and community impact). If anyone knows of consulting firms and industry companies that have growing teams in this area please share. Exploring an exit within the next 12 months for a senior manager or director level opportunity.

Any companies hiring for Director level+ in Information Security / GRC? I have 8+ YOE - mix of Big 4, smaller consulting/advisory, and industry experience. Industry has been focused on FinTech/Startup space, but worked with both mid-size/large clients when at Big 4 & consulting/advisory.

Software Sales question: I just got a job offer to join a post-Series A with under 20 employees.
On the equity piece, I was offered .1% equity at a $142m valuation. This is a Senior / Director Sales role where I'll be blending IC duties + managing a team as we grow. I felt this offer was a bit low from the equity side. Anyone know how to evaluate this?

Does your agency/company have a group project manager role? If so, is it equivalent to an associate director role?

Say that you live in country A. You apply to a job in company X in country B (connecting with a director through LinkedIn). 4/5 days after a recruiter talks to you for a position in company X but in country A. You strongly prefer country B over A, so you state clearly to HR that you're willing to be part of the process only if you can also interview in B.

You do not bring this up again and are in last round for X in country A. You have not heard back yet from B but prefer it. WWYD?

Advice on prepping for interviews for a strategy role? Role is in industry, Director-level, reporting to C suite. I know they are looking for someone to work with the org execs (C suite’s DRs) to set strategic objectives for the org overall, and then specifically for the different areas across the org. Also an element of representing the org / C exec as mouthpiece. Thoughts on how to best demonstrate previous strategy experience, especially from Big 4 consulting?

Offer#1 : one of the premiere consulting in Healthcare (Provider) phase with Director level Position

TC : 300K (includes 30% Bonus)

Offer #2 : another premiere consulting in Healthcare (Pharma) space with Manager level Position (don't have director level)

TC : 300K (includes 25% Bonus)

Looking at jumping to other firms, but trying to navigate the positions they use for data and analytics leaders in consulting. I’m trying to move up overall, but can’t seem to find position alignment that sticks out; less director titles, and more principal engineer titles. Maybe it’s not knowing what I don’t know in progression at other firms in data. Any advice is helpful. Have looked at GT, MITRE, Deloitte, and others. TIA

I got an offer from a company recently acquired by Thoma Bravo, as in the ink just dried a few months ago.
It’s a Director level position, I’m excited about it, but I’m also concerned about the risk since the internet says that TB lays off 10-15% and slashes benefits, bonus and what not.
The job would be a 20% bump or so on salary, bonus and long term cash is much higher than current TC. Should I be afraid to make this jump?

Offered a Director of Strategy role in a fun and fast growing industry (think media/tech/entertainment). Total compensation is $260K (180K base, rest is RSU and bonus)

Currently I am up for EM in ~6 months and TC is ~$220. I’m not excited by my current job, but I don’t hate it either.

Anyone hiring at the director level right now? Consistently met 2M+ sales goals, blows utilization goals out of the water, deals experience, significant SAP, Salesforce, AWS experience, product management, program leadership, huge client portfolio with great executive relationships etc...
