I am extremely strong at getting names and numbers from clients. I am weak at taking it further and making the referral a client. Some tips/advice?

Bagged a very big account from a referral source because I can offer dirt cheap financing with no strings attached. I know other major firms/wires offer this, but can you offer this as an Indy/Ria?
