What are the key differences between an SAE and an AS role? How long is someone usually an SAE before being promoted (based on your experience)?
Are there any healthcare PR agencies who are open to hiring those with little to no experience but who are really interested in learning? I would be interested in transitioning from B2B / tech / advertising into healthcare and taking a lower title, but a couple recruiters have told me most do not want to train incoming talent. I totally understand of course, but wondering if an SAE applying for a lower title in a field they don’t have a ton of experience with is appealing at all.

Been an AM for about 2 years (total of 4 years of industry experience)...am I crazy to apply for an SAE role? The job descriptions says 6+ years? Would that be the equivalent to Acct Sup?
Would you leave an AS position for a Group Acct Sup position if you’re only coming on to a year at your current agency? Note that that I was another agency as an SAE for less than a year as well.
What’s the average time spent in an AE role? I’m eyeing an SAE position and feel like I’m already taking on some of this responsibilities
Anyone doing the Elevate35 virtual membership? Do you recommend it? Sorry if this has been discussed, I did a search and nothing came up.
Long-term Big Law attorneys who haven't succumbed to burnout: how do you cope with working virtually everyday? I already eat healthy and exercise. I just want to know what I can do to ensure that I am able to maintain my velocity. My days have blurred together at this point from working everyday. My billables are great (+/- 200 hours/month). I'm getting good reviews. I just don't want to end up burning out in a year or two. Thank you!
Quarantine confirmed my decision to not have kids. I can’t imagine being homebound with one all these months - seems like hell on earth.
Anyone drinking the fucked up coolaid on the FCU all hands call? All I have been hearing is freaking buzzwords and no actionable thoughts... fantastic leadership!!!
How many of you are sending your kids to childcare facilities? What's has been your experience so far?
Has anyone transitioned into a product marketing or project management role? If so, how were you able to it?
90 days in, and I’m on PIP. I’m also working on my cpa...what is the best course of action? I feel like I’m working hard but not smart...what do I do 😰
Wondering where the disconnect between clients and timing around deliverables comes from. More and more in hearing that agencies aren't working fast enough, even when working at breakneck speed.
I cheated (emotionally) on my SO and we are going through a break up. It’s really rough. I truly love him and I know I should leave him alone and move on. We had a tumultuous relationship at the end but I can’t stop feeling so bad and guilty. Ugghhh.
Does anyone knows if ROKU fire sticks work with a regular smart TV? I have a hisense UHD 4K so wanted to check..
