Other ADs who have transitioned to WFH, what equipment do I absolutely need in my at home workspace? And how should I bring it up?

I have an estranged relationship with my sister. I haven’t had a relationship with her in 13+ years, and haven’t even seen her in about 5 years. We had a really bad falling out and I never really carried for her as a person.
