Having an interview with PwC DDV (Experienced hiring for senior associate). I did my research and talked to a few folks. Somehow they came in as MBAs so they had no ideas about the experienced hiring process and interview details. Anyone has any insights? Thanks a lot!

Anyone hiring for a Senior Associate position specializing in Project Management & technology transformation?

Any mid-level or senior associates negotiate a higher bonus or salary than other members of their class? Several seniors in my group have left recently, making me most senior associate as a mid-level and group isn’t hiring anyone to fill the spot. Curious if I can use this to my advantage to get higher pay or more vacation days or other perks since I’m inevitably going to lose my mind when post-summer work starts rolling in and I’m stuck with the work that used to be distributed between 4 people

I keep seeing roles described as “Seasonal Audit (Senior) Associate” pop up on LinkedIn from some of the larger firms (both B4 and midsize). I’m curious as to what this entails - I assume it’s a busy season contractor. It sounds like a useful role in theory but im trying to think of experienced professionals who would have the time to do this outside of people re-entering the workforce after some time away.

Anyone have any insight or stories into how these roles work out?

I have an offer of 5L from a product based company for data analyst role. Currently i work for TCS as a process associate (BPS) BPO 1 grade.

I have been given a counter offer from TCS with promotion to BPO 2 with 40-50% hike from my current ctc of 2.8L + shift allowance of 55k (confirmed).

Should I go for TCS BPO 2 senior associate or go for the entry level data analyst job at product based company that is ready to offer 5L?

Current Role: Senior Associate with a mid-size expert services firm working in Econ/litigation consulting. I have 2 YOE and a masters in economics. Im currently making 80K in LCOL. Am I being underpaid? I don’t think I am, but just want to make sure.

Am I being underpaid? Should I look for opportunities?

I am a senior associate who is notable in the market due to my consistently excellent results on large matters in my field of law. I am being approached by a law firm to lateral over, and would like a partnership position if I were to make the leap. But junior partners at that firm don’t even make what I would want if I were to head over there. Can I negotiate more than junior partner pay there? Other law firm has a two-tier partnership. What else is on the table to negotiate?

Infosys- senior associate consultant.
