Hi Everyone, so I've recieved an offer from PWC SDC as a Senior Associate- AWS Data Engineering. I have 2 years of experience and the offer is a base of 13 LPA. Can someone shed some light on this role and also let me know if I'm being lowballed here?

Is there a specific way to approach recruiters from Bain, BCG and McK? I'm trying to apply for roles at Senior Associate level across these organizations, but am unable to elicit a response from any of the recruiters/talent acquisition folks here.

A rejection is also fine, it just feels like my words falling on deaf ears and blind eyes as of now while I follow up.

Anyone have any thoughts on working cross country from your firm? I’ve been offered a lateral role working remotely with a CA office with the understanding that if as a senior associate they’d be interested in considering me for partner I’d relocate and that I will travel to the office for 2 weeks a quarter to work with the team. Is this an awful idea? It seems like a dream come true for me but not sure if I’m screwing myself career wise.

I am going into my second year as a tax senior associate. Just got off the phone with a recruiter from industry discussing their current tax openings. At RSM, we will likely be finding out our raises in the next week or two. If my estimate of my raise is correct, the industry position will be about $5k more. Is this worth it to leave public accounting?

Hi! Have a total of 4 years of experience in consulting (B4). Have an offer from BCG for senior associate and an offer from a pre-ipo tech company for a M role. Tech company is ~$85k higher cash comp (+ equity). I can appreciate the doors BCG would open — if I take the tech company would I close the door on getting into MBB in the future? No MBA. Thanks!

I have been offered a position of Senior Developer- Senior Associate 1 in PwC AC Bangalore with 19LPA fixed.
I would like to understand what this role is. I am currently a Consultant in EY with 5.8 YoE. Am I being lowballed by PwC? Or is this fair?
Also HR said that I can work from Anywhere so it means I need not relocate. Is this true?

I received an offer to join EY-Parthenon and am very excited! It’s for a Senior Associate role, anyone know what the potential signing bonus and annual performance bonus % is? I am a L10 at Accenture and am on track for promotion to L9 by the fall. I’m wondering if it’s worth it to stick around for the new salary and the network I’ve built here or if I should switch to another firm. I’m considering an Associate position with KPMG offering around $85K with likely promotion to Senior Associate in around a year (2022) and a Consultant position with EY offering $110K with likely promotion to manager in around 2 years (2023).
