Currently consulting at Accenture federal. Been working here ~6months. Want to jump to a role that is more demanding/where I can learn more (the govt is sooo slow). What would you guys recommend for recruiting and how soon to start networking/applying?? Would love to move to nyc (currently based in DC). Could I apply for a senior consultant role?

Any firms hiring for SC or equivalent in Chicago and/or Remote? Have years of Rev Cycle and HIT experience. Looking for competitive compensation, good perks/benefits, WLB, and growth.

1A) When is the best time to exit MBB? Senior consultant trying to figure out if it's worth sticking it out to hit M in a year or SM in 2 years, or if I should jump now because the next few years are only going to be extra stressful.

1B) What are typical roles Cs/junior Ms at MBB exit to? How do you make sure you don't get a recent MBA grad job despite not have the specialist knowledge that SM+s have? Industry agnostic, just looking for reasonable pay, sustainable hours, and happy people

Have 2 offers need your thoughts on 1. NY based bank that is my current client, willing to convert me full time as a Sr BA. on-site role in NYC comp 20% more than other offer. However, not too exciting work and culture is pretty old school.
2. Deloitte SC (CBO) can be based out of anywhere, which I like (prefer moving to a lower COL city from NYC area). Have a 2yo so a bit worried how much travel the role would entail.

Looking at a director role in the digital vertical. Is it basically digital due diligence? What’s the WLB/general sentiment like? Currently an SC at D in the tech strategy practice.

Need advise. I have an offer for a M role. Im a SC now. How do I quickly adapt to the new role at a new firm and demonstrate management competent?

Got promoted to manager this year and making 152k. Got an offer from BCG Platinion but they're bringing me as a Senior Consultant for 160K.

I tried other exit ops at Amazon, FB, MSFT, Walmart, Mastercard, etc but they never followed through past the initial interview or call with the recruiter.

Would the move to BCG be a good idea? I'm stuck at EY doing implementation work I'm not enjoying and I'd be doing more IT strategy and management at BCG which I enjoy more.

I’m thinking about switching from banking (not IB) more middle office role to a Senior Consultant client facing role at the Big 4 in Canada. I’ve got 1.5 years of work experience. The offer presented to me is 75k base and 5k bonus, is it too low? I tried to negotiate to 80-85 range but they came back saying they won’t budge.

Need some advice/help to evaluate 2 offers. YOE: 6
I have an offer from Genpact at 4D Band (Senior M ~ Exp Senior Consultant IMO) for TC of $150K Base + 10% Bonus and one expecting from EY at M1 level for $150-160K Base.
Both firms are similar on salary but the position. The next level at Genpact is AVP which I feel is equivalent to Manager only after 2 years. Should I choose Manager level at EY or should I choose a lower level with equal pay which will kind of help me set lower expectations

Received an offer from Deloitte GPS and will greatly appreciate you all feedback (especially if you have worked in both )

Current role: Tech Consultant /L9 / AFS Homegrown/Business Operations role
Base: 97K, 4.5 years YOE
Pros: good WLB, 401k 6% matching, 15% ESPP, good colleagues

New offer:
Base:120k /Tech Strategy and analytics senior consultant /No sign on bonus
Pros: more base salary/strategy role
Cons: more likely less WLB/more stress/ no 401k matching right away and no ESPP

Can anyone shed light on Deloitte consulting salaries? Specifically the M&A Group. Looking at a senior consultant role and am a non-MBA candidate.

Interviewed for an SC role at D GPS (5 YOE) first week of November.
Went through the 3 rounds interview (Case/Technical/Behavioral). Couple weeks later recruiter said they liked me but have no project for me yet then set me up for another technical interview with SM which went great. Wondering how much longer would I be interviewing and if this is all a good sign. TYI
