I have 2 offers:
Capgemini: 21 lpa Manager
NTT data: 24 lpa lead consultant
In NTT data, project will be US HealthCare client and for Capgemini not sure as of now.
Many folks are suggesting me to join NTT Data, but I am confused due to the US based client, recession and layoffs news, I am considering joining Capgemini.

How is WLB in these companies? (Which of these have a better WLB?) Location, pay and perks are secondary for me.
Looking forward for comments from current or ex-employees of these companies?
P.S: No, I am not impacted by recent Meta layoffs.
What are your opinions about potential big4 layoffs in m&a tax? Campus hiring starting next year so I don’t have a good idea of what people are thinking at the firm. I know m&a is typically not where you want to be in a recession so I’m curious about job security starting next year. Any insights/opinions would be appreciated. EY PwC Deloitte KPMG

Larsen & Toubro Infotech Do we have any seasoned professionals here who have worked through past recession in 2008? I believe Indian IT sector might see some slowdown with recent tech layoffs in US. I have heard that next few quarters might end up turning strong for Indian IT space as on shore hiring cools down. Thoughts?
