Who is Hiring?

Currently working as a PC (SM) with 8YOE in org development/strategy in the US. Looking to return to London soon and wondering where would be hiring and TC expectations (been away for four years). Either looking to stay in org consulting or preferably more strategy (MBB or T2). Don’t have MBA tho. Where would you be looking? Thanks

MBB recruiter reached out for a role. I am close to another offer already. Is it true that the MBB hiring criteria has significantly gone down due to recent hiring spree? I applied for a role couple years back through a referral and never heard back but now recruiters are reaching out directly.

Have MBB experienced higher levels of attrition like the Big4 over the past year? Seems like resignations are much higher at the junior levels than senior levels. Are MBB ramping up hiring in response?

Are MBB firms hiring for Dubai office?

How common is it for someone to attend an M7 with the goal of IB/MBB/T2 consulting and strike out without any job offers?

I have an acquitantance (international), that's spent all that money and has no US based job offer to show for it. Jobs back home can't pay off the debt easily.

Are MBB and Boutiques doing this massive hiring blitz with double referral bonus etc like the big 4 are? Or did they not fire all their people last fall?

Need advice- How do I make my LinkedIn profile more attractive to recruiters from FAANG or MBB apart from listing the relevant experience? It seems like all recruiters that are reaching out lately, are from small firms and for jobs with lower compensation than my current position. When I tell them my desired compensation they think it is too high.

I’m a first year analyst in RFA with deloitte and have really hated my experience so far. Both my projects have been a lot longer than they stated and I have learned 0 skills from either of them. I’m really just doing the same task every day and I feel like my undergrad degree is going to waste. I have a couple interviews in an MBB role and a Tier 2 tech but I also want to keep applying to other companies just in case. Does anyone know companies that are in a hiring frenzy right now?

Do MBB care if a candidate wants to switch jobs a few months after landing the most recent one? Having legit fit issues and would like to switch sooner than later.. Does Bain hire lateral candidates with just over a year of experience? What about the other two?

In my first post MBB job and not feeling inspired. I’ve only been here less than a year, and the direction the role is going isn’t how I want to grow. With all the places hiring I’m thinking of leaving before the year is up. How bad is that?

Are MBB furiously hiring in Australia/Singapore like the Big 4?

Need some advice.. currently I have 1.5 YOE in change management consulting. Looking to switch to a management consulting firm but haven’t had much luck. Should I wait until next round of heavy recruitment / ability to reapply to MBB, or start looking for corporate dev jobs? Personally, I’d want to get strategy experience first, but at this point I just want to get out of change management. Any advice?

got hired to MBB as an experienced hire and I'm thinking about pushing my start date by a month or two (from July to August/September) so I can get some time to rest and see some family between jobs. would this adversely impact my performance/perception relative to my peers, or impact prospects of early promotion (hoping to get expedited promotion as I have 2 yoe already)? current situation will not allow me to take any time between starting.

Accenture strategy CN and MBB have almost similar pay from campus hiring. Infact Accenture is just slightly more
Can someone let me know what is the difference after 2-3 years in CTC? How much people in Accenture strategy will earn after 3 years ?
