Have people gotten their bonus’ prorated in a year they were on parental leave? Any hunches to tell if it was more less than a straight prorate?

Curious, what is your company's paid parental leave policy?

Today is my first day back at work (and first full day back in my physical office) after a few weeks off for parental leave. Needless to say, I am struggling to stay focused on anything other than wanting to go back home to my spouse and child.

I know I shouldn't take an emotional temperature on day one, but it has been more difficult being back than I anticipated. Any tips for navigating the waters for the first day/week/month back?

Going on a parental leave in a month. Anyone know of any remote, freelance/part time I can do to still make money on the side? Out side of Uber/Lyft etc

Does anyone here in a health system have insurance that covers fertility assistance or get paid parental leave? Really like my position at my hospital but as we start to plan a family - I'm nervous about the cost. Just looking around regionally - it looks like most health systems don't cover this.

I recently got asked in an interview “how do you keep on top of employment law, your award and fair work regulations?” Truth is I’m subscribed to mailing lists but that’s about it… I sometimes feel dumb because I forget what’s in the fair work act, I need to check it every time someone is going on parental leave… then I forget the min requirements again.
Does anyone else have the same problem? How do you keep on top of / remember important NES & regulations?

What are the parental leave benefits at Siegfried? I can't find any information on their benefits package or online, neither can I find it on the internet, I'm new and don't want to ask about it since I recently started,not planning for a baby right just want to know for the future.

I’m 6 months pregnant and scheduled a 30 minute meeting to chat with my HR rep to talk about our parental leave benefits (specifically how to navigate taking additional, unpaid time)…. She declined the meeting and directed me to review the policy documentation online and email her with any specific questions I have. Is that normal? I have a offer from wolters kluwer with 12fixed and 10% variable and 1Lpa JB and I got selected in Innova solutions as well and I came to know they have a good budget
I will be asking for 18LPA Fixed, if by chance I get it , will Wolters revise my offer letter as it being a product based company I am leaning towards them

Received an offer today from Twilio for a L3 program manager (non tech) for 125 base, 60k equity, and a 15k sign on (essentially 140k TC). I currently make more than this and have offers higher than this on the table. Anyone have insight on how much I can counter?

Have a big interview tomorrow. The question I dread the most is about why you’re looking for a new job. The honest answer is that there isn’t enough work to go around at my agency and I want to get ahead of the inevitable layoffs. What’s the best way to tell them this? Do I just make something else up entirely?
