Thoughts on Chief of Staff Roles within industry? Recruiting with a multi-national sales training and performance company as the CoS to their CEO. They want to build out a new professional service arm amongst other strategic growth initiatives and they need someone to help push the agenda. By thoughts I am looking for things like... are these valued positioned in companies, trajectory into an executive role in a few years, compensation accretive, interesting work? Comp sounds like it will be +\- $165, 25% bonus and some variable comp tied to the performance of the sales team (don't know numbers here but certainly interesting). Is that in play for this type role? I am currently M1, S&O, MBA from top 5, high performer. Represents a small bump for me on my current base pay and bonus
