I’ve been offered an analyst role at Goldman Sachs in London. It says I have a minimum of a 45 hour working week and only 23 days of annual leave a year for a base salary of £50K. I would be losing at least 4 days of annual leave if I took this and a 35 hour week. Can I negotiate this salary? Is it just me or does it seem really low for London and what’s expected?

McKinsey & Company Bain & Company Hiiii! I’ve been at my job for a year and a couple of months now & I’ve gotten rather bored because the work is repetitive, not challenging, and hasn’t really allowed me to learn or grow as much as I would’ve liked to. Given how I’m still paying a ton of money for my postgrad in Business Comms (that I haven’t really gotten the chance to use), I’ve been thinking of entering the world of consulting.
