Does anyone use two iMac desktops for work? Do the desktops work collectively as one like non-apple computers? Looking to reconfigure my home office.

Whose office here does not have a standing desk? Why hasn’t everyone in big law upgraded to this by now…? if I’m expected to come to the office, at least upgrade the furniture.

Best tips for someone who has object permanence issues? If I put something down or away the chances I forget it and never come back to it are at least 50/50. My husband and I got a 2 bed apt so I could use the other room as a home office. I have worked in the bedroom and living room for the past 2 years (which has been awful) not to mention I cook, clean, etc. I said I was excited to decorate “my office” and he completely blew up and said I should pay more rent. Just got offered a position as a supply chain consultant at Deloitte. I am finishing up my MS in Supply Chain Management and have had a couple years of work experience after undergrad and before my MS, but not in a supply chain specific role. The offer is $115k with a $15k bonus. My home office would be in NYC. What do you think about this offer? Low, high, or in the middle?

Any United health group remote employees here? I recently accepted an accounting job and some of the onboard makes it seem like I’m only allowed to work from my home office. I usually spend a few weeks a year out of town visiting family and work during this time so I don’t have to use PTO but I’m nervous I won’t be allowed to do that anymore

I want to learn proper technology but am a bit confused which vertical to go for.

I recently interviewed for a AE role with an international company Home Office-Dubai, HR in NYC I interviewed with the recruiter & hiring manager at the same time; interview went well. I sent thank you notes and received a response saying they would let me know In a couple of days. I noticed they reposted the job and was bummed, but out of nowhere I received a email saying they are working on something on the backend and would have a answer for me soon! That was 2 wks ago not sure what to think
