Has Infosys started physical on-boarding for Bangalore location. I was told my on-boarding would be virtual during HR round and even got the mail last week that I would be getting the WebEx link. But yesterday I got another mail saying they have started physical on-boarding and I can opt for it. Will they not be allowing virtual on-boarding.Joining date is next Monday and I had already informed HR about my preference of virtual on-boarding but no reply/acknowledgement yet.
Gave interview 1 year back reached hr round &when senior hr asked for ctc i said x amount and she laughed and said for these skills we don’t give this amount and said there is no point of discussion and ended d zoom discussion .I haven’t reached that demanded ctc now also but I want to apply back in that organisa because of work life balance.
question-Will they consider me?HRs are same who r hiring can i demand tht same amt since now my experience is 5+but my skills are not that demanding
