I hope someone here can help me 🫶🏽. I graduated from Rutgers Business School with a double major in Supply Chain Management and Marketing, 2021. I am currently an Area Operations Manager at Amazon ( 7 months in the role). However, I am looking for a better opportunity.

I feel burned out working 14/15 hours a day and only getting paid for 10hrs. With no motivation to go to work, my mental health it’s not where it needs to be because there’s always so much drama in my work place.

Is there anyone in recreation here? I love my job and the residents too but due to inflation I'm afraid I might have to leave, but I do want to get a general idea of what everyone else is making in this department I'm in New York

Partnership deal - is this a good deal?
I’m working on building a start-up. This requires an app and a website. A friend of mine has a web development company who can do the job for me very well and efficiently. He really likes my project and offered a partnership: i pay him $30k and he gets 20% equity.
He also gave me the option to be ‘treated as a client’ and deliver my project at a normal rate (about $80K), should I not want to partner.

A founding partner who comes in once a week usually likes when we check in with him and just chat for a couple of minutes. I’m a recent grad & began my first career as a marketing coordinator. It’s been quite frustrating to say the least. The company doesn’t understand the purpose of marketing, & recently hopped into the digital world - many of which don’t find it valuable. On the other hand, my manager assigns me lots of copy projects to do & either doesn’t give me informational feedback or completely disregards my work. Before I was hired, she knew exactly how my writing style was like but doesn’t use it. Help! :(

I got a job offer today, but there’s one I really want and the last rounds of interviews aren’t until next week. Is it bad to accept a job offer for the sake of stability and then take another offer (hypothetically I get one) that you want more? Eek.
