I accepted an offer last month with company A, for an in house healthcare company, good salary and good benefits, 2 years to vest in 401k, uncapped quarterly commissions.
This week company B has extended an offer for same type of role just different (new speciality) for me to recruit. Leaning more towards company B based on offer: 20K more in base salary, more PTO and vacation time, no commission, but they offer 8-10% annual bonus, 401k vest immediately. What do I do? Any tips on choosing?

New to investing...main depository relationship with BoA...good or bad to use merrill edge for investing? Plan on just looking at etfs/mutual funds

Who owns an unproduced idea... the agency who pitched it? Or the client they pitched it to (off the client’s brief)?

Is the market hot for all level of consultants or is it mainly the folks with +/- 5 yr of experience getting exposed to more opportunities? At my firm I have seen waves of Staff and Seniors leave but not so much at the Manager (2+) level. Thoughts or observations?

I have 2 offers in hand. TechM with 19LPA & DXC with 25 LPA (23L + 2L Variable)

DXC hired me for Indian client .My job profile on system admin. Work will be on Legacy Technology. Do I get chance to upgrade to cloud and shift to different Client

Most of the review on DXC is negative. How will be job security and work life balance. In most review I see "termination & layoffs." How is current situation in 2022
