A recent PGPM with 1.5 years of experience with nonprofits in their kitty. Changed my profile to a social enterprise about 3 months back and is working in the CEO's Office - the CTC is 8 LPA.

I know. I know. Calling it a lowball will be an understatement.

My question is what should be my next CTC say after I spend a year in my current company. I want to jump ships and soon - and continue to work in Strategy & Operations or Consulting.

Will the exit opportunities really be much different from PwC vs. KPMG? Considering making the switch and have a hard time believing they will be much different. Would be doing Finance Transformation.

AWS engagement manager L5, internal facing (not pro serv) 97 base, 20k SO yr 1, 17 yr2, 21 RSUs. IM ~4.5 YoE with PMP, CSM, and very aligned background for the engagements. It comes out to years 1-4 tc of 120k, 125, 130, 140 not accounting for bonuses/raises.

#2 Got 2nd call for technical interview without scheduling interview.

I was uncomfortable as in 1st call to discuss compensation with project manager ( no authentication, is he really manager).

Flying to Cancun tomorrow & back day after. Last intl trip, CBP updated my I-94 to stamped visa date of former employer and not new employer 797. Visa & I-94 expire next week. What a mess.

This will be my last week at PwC. It’s a bittersweet feeling leaving the firm, where I started my career and built a lot of great relationships. I’ll miss the people but def not the work!
